Delivery within India: Dispatch within 2 to 5 days. Delivery within 10 days.
Delivery outside India: Dispatch within 2 to 5 days. Delivery within 20 days (depending on the location).
Delivery charges must be paid by customers at the time of placing the order.

Customers will receive email notifications when the product is dispatched and delivered.

Our products are made to order (print-on-demand).

Returns & exchanges

• Size exchanges: Not accepted. Please review size charts carefully before ordering.
• Change of mind: We generally do not accept returns/refunds for change-of-mind since items are made to order.
  No refunds will be issued for delivery charges in case of cancellations or returns.

Eligible refunds (manufacturing / delivery defects)

If your product has:

• a manufacturing defect, or
• damage/defect due to poor delivery, or
• you received the wrong item,

We will provide a full refund after verification. Claim window (14 days)

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

How to request a refund

Email contact@devlipi.in with:

• Order number
• Clear photos/videos showing the issue (and packaging label if available)
• A brief description of the problem

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method (timing depends on the bank/payment provider).

Notes

Minor differences in color/print placement can occur due to printing and screen variations and may not be considered a defect.
