These Terms govern your use of devlipi.in (the “Site”), operated by Devlipi Enterprise (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.Products (print-on-demand)

Products are produced after you place an order. Minor variations in print placement/color may occur.Orders & production

• Processing time: typically 2 days
• Orders may not be cancellable/changed once production starts. Contact us immediately if you made a mistake.

Shipping & delivery

• India: typically 3–5 business days after processing
• Worldwide: typically within 14 days after processing (may vary due to customs/carrier delays)
  Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties/taxes.

Pricing & payments

Payments are processed via Razorpay. You agree to provide accurate billing/shipping information.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy on the Site. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size when placing their orders. Once an order has been placed, Devlipi will deliver the product according to the size selected by the customer. Size exchanges are not accepted.

Intellectual property

All Site content (designs, logos, text, images) is owned by or licensed to Devlipi Enterprise and may not be used without permission.Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt services.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order related to the claim.
